One of the newest heritage duck breeds, Welsh Harlequins are friendly, good foragers, and excellent egg layers. They're small but have tasty meat that is leaner than most other breeds. They are auto-sexing, meaning you can tell gender at hatch with 75-90% accuracy. Our flock came directly from Master Breeder Jean Doerflein at Wilson's Waterfowl and indirectly from Master Breeder Holderread.
