Viking | Oberhasli Buck

We’ve been looking for a new Oberhasli buck that fits our program – similar to what we already have, but with enough outcrossing to be useful across more of our does. We found exactly that in Viking. He comes from Treasure Meadows and brings a pedigree we’ve been watching for a while.

His sire, *B Ober-Boerd T Vidar, is a son of GCH Ober-Boerd T Vetta 3*M ↗, the 2025 ADGA National Reserve Champion and Reserve Best Udder, and a grandson of SGCH Vanjust DJ Kotton Kandie 93 EEEE ↗ – the 2024 ADGA National Champion, Best Udder, and the first Oberhasli in breed history to appraise 93 EEEE. On his dam’s side, Viking’s maternal granddam is GCH Ober-Boerd Love’s First Kiss 1*M ↗, a 2020 and 2021 ADGA Top Ten doe who placed 1st with 2nd Udder at the 2021 National Show. His maternal grandsire, *B Ober-Boerd Stormbringer, is a son of GCH Ober-Boerd T Wave’s Splash 2*M, a multi-National Show placer and Top Ten doe in milk, butterfat, and protein.
