We’ve been wanting to add a full-sized Nubian or two to our herd, just to compare with our Minis. So when Davinia posted that Vivi (who we had already decided to bring here) and Nia are closely bonded, we couldn’t break them up! At 8 years old, Nia is slowing down now, so we hope to breed her 1-2 final times and then let her retire here. By 2025, we learned that Nia was ready to retire. She moved to a great home with her adopted daughter Avalon, and friends Vivi, Rowena, Honey, and previously Vera and Timothy.
